Deploy the concept by uploading it on the WordPress topic repository (or, like plugins,  selling it through other channels when there is not a free Edition offered). I would like some clarity. I've browse your publish about wordpress.org vs wordpress.com and choose to use wordpress.org mainly because it is apparently the higher of the two.WPBegin
